Returns Policy
At Sport Response we aim to provide a returns policy that is easy for you. This returns policy applies to full or partial returns. We offers refunds on items should you change your mind about any purchase made online within 28 days of despatch.
REFUNDS:
Refunds will be processed to the original payment card or payment method: if you do not have the original payment card we can offer you a credit note to use online for next puchase.
Please allow up to 21 working days for refunds to be processed. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of our returns form to facilitate us to process the refund promptly.
REFUND/RETURNS PROCEDURE:
- Please use the returns paperwork provided with your order.
- Carefully package your items and include your returns paperwork in the package.
- Post the package back to the address which you will find on your returns paperwork.
- Please note we do not offer free returns, the cost of return postage must be paid by the customer.
FAULTY GOODS:
If goods arrive to you faulty please contact us.
Note: Any items that have been soiled and/or damaged by the consumer will not be refunded.
CONSUMERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
Consumers have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession.
You must bear the cost of return.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning, for example recorded delivery from your local post office.
Consumers must return the goods to Sport Response, if they cancel a contract under Distance Selling Regulations. As a consumer we advise that you return goods within 28 days of the date you received them.
You, the consumer must take reasonable care to ensure that Sport Response receives the returned goods and that these goods are not damaged in transit.
