**Please note that our delivery courier recognises Northern Ireland as the UK and recognises Channel Islands as being seperate to the UK. Please ensure that the correct country is selected under billing/shipping details. Selecting the incorrect country under the shipping/billing details can delay the order and delivery process**

We work hard in conjunction with our delivery courier DHL to ensure that your goods reach you on time, every time. However sometimes things happen that are beyond our control and there may be a slight delay between us sending you the goods and you getting them. As such “Sport Response” accepts no liability for goods that are delivered outside the above delivery times, due to a variety of reasons including lack of product availability, delays from carriers, natural disasters, and any circumstances that are beyond our control or for any other reason. The above are guidelines which we diligently aim to adhere to, to the best of our capabilities.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel or number of items ordered. Shipping to all other destinations will be automatically calculated at the checkout page when the delivery destination is selected.

Delivery Days:
Working days are considered to be Monday – Friday, 9 – 5. Orders made through Sport Response will be processed between these hours, with all orders made before 1 pm on the day of purchase being dispatched on that day.

Orders will not be processed or dispatched on public holidays within the Republic Of Ireland and delays may occur due to this.

Important Note:
Any customs or import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country MUST BE PAID BY THE RECIPIENT OF THE PARCEL. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
